Overview:

This position will report to the Director, Podcast Partner Operations and will work on the Podcast Partner Operations team as a part of the Digital Business Operations team. This candidate will work on day-to-day podcast network operations tasks including a specific focus on Audacy Podcast partnerships.

The position will provide direct operational support for the Podcast Partnership Operations team on both internal projects and partner related responsibilities. This candidate will help to build the framework of data documentation that makes the team and overall business more efficient. This includes ongoing projects: Audacy Podcast Network Database, tracking all partner contractual terms, refining + optimizing our onboarding process & materials, and developing resources to assist the Partner Ops team.

This position will have direct exposure to Audacys network of podcast talent. Also, will gain experience working with cross-functional teams in Audacys podcast business, which includes Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Build and develop project deliverables to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Coordinate internal and external resources
• On-boarding and execution of partner contracts
• Regularly review analytics for partners in portfolio to report trends, highlights, aberrations as well as identify opportunities

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong Project Management abilities
• Proven analytical skills and experience working with data
• Written and verbal communications skills with and comfort interacting extensively with different teams and senior management
• Experience with audio content, systems and measurement (Megaphone, Omny, Google Analytics, DOMO, Triton, AmperWave (previously Wide Orbit)

Preferred:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in broadcast radio, digital audio streaming, or audio engineering a plus
• Prior experience in project management or other highly operational roles
• Prior experience successfully leading projects to deliver quantifiable success

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $16.00 hourly. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
