Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern who is completing their degree in Architectural Design. This role is ideal for students eager to apply their CAD and Revit skills in real-world projects within a high-paced investment environment. You will work closely with our development team, assisting in project design documentation, visual presentations, and providing technical support throughout the development process. Although we do not have an in-house architect, this role will provide valuable exposure to various aspects of real estate operations and investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare CAD files and Revit models to support ongoing development projects.
• Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings, plans, and renderings for project proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design concepts are accurately represented in project documentation.
• Contribute to site planning, space analysis, and project feasibility assessments.
• Support the team with research on design standards, materials, and construction practices.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and design assets.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or nearing completion of a degree in Architectural Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and Revit is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in real estate development.­
