Worked with CLP and CLLE for job queue monitoring and automated report execution.
Work on the project of IBMi stability and resiliency; modify existing programs to remove 'PL' system name hardcode reference, change update files to USROPN, and add copybook for a procedure reference.
Worked on developing and maintaining mortgage servicing applications using SYNON/2E and RPG IV, ensuring compliance with loan servicing guidelines.
Involved in defect fixing, UAT support, and production deployment via Aldon Lifecycle Manager.
Worked on Control-M job stream recovery, escalation handling, and job dependency setup.
