In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining your property, which includes customer service and property maintenance skills.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform lock checks and show units.
• Renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leases, accepting payments via POS, completing bank deposits, and following up on late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the premises, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
• Maintaining the facility through tasks like mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning units.
• Ensuring the storage facility is clean and safe, meeting company standards (restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fencing, walls, doors).
