Required Experience Two to three years of professional, quantitatively-based experience (preferably in investment banking, direct investing, or consulting). Proven track record of leadership skills and outstanding academic or professional achievements. Qualifications Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail. Passion for learning and genuine interest in business. Resilience and optimism. Typically a GPA of 3.6 or higher. Additional Information The Associate position requires a three-year commitment. Roles are available in Boston and Menlo Park.
