Job Description

Nason Yeager is a multi-service law firm, offering a broad range of legal services founded in 1960. Our firm is currently seeking one or more attorney(s) with 3-7 years’ experience in the areas of commercial litigation and/or business bankruptcy to be based in our Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, and/or Fort Lauderdale offices.

Candidates should have litigation experience including:

• Ability to handle all aspects of a case in state and federal court, including pre-trial preparation, negotiations, client contact, court appearances, motions, all aspects of discovery including depositions, mediations, and trials.
• For the business bankruptcy position, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation experience in addition to proficiency in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong drafting and writing skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Excellent judgment and legal acumen, ability to work effectively under pressure, a teamwork attitude, and keen leadership skills.
• Confidence and expertise to manage cases independently.
• Fortitude to go to trial.
• 3-7 years’ experience in the area of commercial litigation and - for the business bankruptcy position - business bankruptcies.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• You will be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
