We’re searching for an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to join our team for a national quick service restaurant chain. You’ll be partnered with and ACD, Copywriter to straddle the line of manager and doer — both overseeing team to push the daily paid and organic social work, but also concepting and creating larger earned-first campaigns. We consider the small things as much as we do the big. ‘Of the internet’ thinking: We’re looking for talent that has deep experience with people and how they behave on the internet. You’ll need to connect our brands to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns. Things we’re looking for in candidates: 5+ years of experience Examples of earned-first, conceptual thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space. We move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you need to love building relationships with our clients. Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project. Additional Information: The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
