Salary Range: $110-130k

Associate Search Director - Lead & Shape Search Excellence

Are you a seasoned Search Marketing leader ready to drive strategy and empower a talented team? As an Associate Search Director, you'll spearhead client relationships, architect innovative search strategies, and champion excellence within our growing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Client Leadership (25%): Serve as the primary Search point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their strategic objectives are met.
• Strategic Vision (20%): Develop and implement cutting-edge Paid Search strategies, including robust testing methodologies and roadmaps tailored to client goals.
• Team Management & Development (25%): Lead and mentor a team of Search professionals (Supervisors, Managers, and Analysts) across multiple client accounts, optimizing workflows for campaign creation, execution, tracking, analysis, and optimization.
• Knowledge Sharing & Growth (15%): Contribute to the broader team's learning and development by leading cross-functional training sessions for manager-level and junior team members.
• Industry Partnerships (5%): Cultivate and manage relationships with key representatives at major search engines.
• Expectation Management (5%): Effectively set and manage expectations for both clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• New Business Support (5%): Provide valuable expertise and support for new business development initiatives.

Lead Your Team:

In this role, you will directly manage and mentor Supervisors, Managers, and Analyst-level team members, fostering their growth and success.

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of deep experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.), with a strong focus on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS).
• Proven ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage individuals at all levels, from entry-level to managers.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• A genuine passion for staying at the forefront of Search Engine Marketing within a dynamic and expanding team.
• Outstanding analytical skills to rigorously measure program success and identify opportunities for significant growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
