Chef M att Baker, owner and executive chef of Lucille’s , is seeking an experienced and confident Bar Manager who understands world-class service and hospitality. We’re searching for a Bar Manager who loves the craft, thrives on the rush of a busy service, and knows how to turn a bar seat into the best seat in the house.
What we’re Looking for
We want someone who truly loves bars : craft cocktails, spirits knowledge, wine curiosity, and the rhythm of a busy shift. You should have experience leading a bar team in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, ideally with an upscale or premium steakhouse vibe. Strong financial skills, creativity, and the ability to coach and inspire your team are essential.
This role collaborates with the General Manager and Chef to support events, menu pairings, and promotional opportunities. The Bar Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to the restaurant’s operational and financial goals.
