IMMEDIATE OPENING Randstad's long-time client in the Ephrata area is hiring Billing Clerks of all levels to start in the next several months. Must have recent corporation to corporation billing experience. NO MEDICAL BILLING. This position will be a part of a team and assist with the invoicing/billing process. Responsibilities
- Produce complex and/or large volume client invoices either manual or electronic based on established invoice template
- Make appropriate adjustments to project expenditures such as splits or transfers and perform project maintenance to include bill rate adjustments and key member updates
- Reconcile billings with any required manual client invoices
- Compile and provide supporting documentation as required by the contract
- Submit invoices to accountant for review and coordinate with the accountant for necessary adjustments
- Monitor unbilled costs reported on assigned projects
- Maintain electronic invoice files
- Must live in the Lancaster, PA area
