Job Title: BIM / Revit Operator - Structural Focus

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you skilled in BIM and Revit with a passion for structural design? We are seeking a BIM / Revit Operator to join our collaborative team, working closely with the Project Manager and under the guidance of our BIM / Revit Director .

In this role, you will be essential in rapidly developing structural building information models, creating detailed annotations, and producing 3D renderings. We'd love to hear from you if you're organized, proactive, and team-oriented!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structural building information models (BIMs) , annotating plans and details to support project goals.
• Create three-dimensional renderings and assist with rationalizing geometry to ensure alignment with structural schemes.
• Collaborate with engineers and the Revit Manager to develop accurate and comprehensive structural models .
• Assist in preparing structural narratives that support design objectives and project presentations.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• 2+ years of experience with Revit Structure , including creating structural drawings.
• Proven ability to work effectively under the guidance of engineers and the Revit Manager to develop accurate structural models.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for efficient project coordination.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Availability for 40+ hours per week , with a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines.
