What would you do as a Body Shop Office Assistant

As a new Body Shop Office Assistant at Fox Negaunee Chevrolet GMC, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks.   • Assists service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible.
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Assists in documentation of supplemental repairs as needed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
