Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for multiple related companies, including accounts payable, financial recording, and general bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be committed to maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable, including vendor communication, invoice processing, and timely payments.
Manage intercompany activity, including allocation of shared costs.
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements and expense reports.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Prepare and generate financial reports for management as needed.
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as required.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Support the preparation for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
5 Years Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recording.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
