Activities:

•Minimum of 14 years overseeing large-scale programs

•Understanding of Telecom Application Landscape across CSP Processes; Enterprise Services preferred

•Experienced in managing Telecom customers

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong software and system delivery skills

•Responsible for driving Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions and Architecture delivery

•Work in Consulting Advisory roles to help customers solve business problems, particularly in the Telecom BSS area

•Drive solutioning and implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs

•Participate in planning and high-level design of solutions; explore solution alternatives

•Oversee architectural and delivery governance, change, and release management cadence

•Lead Application Portfolio Optimization (APO) and implementation of Telecom business-centric testing practices

•Explore possibilities to modernize Telecom BSS stack; run POCs, create business cases, and proposals

•Lead technical solutioning across the BSS application stack for HCL's Telecom customers and potential prospects

•Engage in RFx in US Account Mining to generate leads

•Drive capability building and reusable asset creation

Mandatory Skills:

•Strong IT experience in the Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale LOB, including:

- Sales & CRM

- CPQ

- Care & Self-Help

- Enterprise Product Catalog

- Order Management

- Workflow Management

- Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS

- Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management

- Enterprise Integrations

- Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding, Governance & Policy Management

•Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out, including:

- Technology recommendations

- Architecture

- Domain-driven solutions

- API-led connectivity

- Risk management

- Fault tolerance

- NFR

- Resilient architectures

•Hands-on architecture design/consulting experience with at least one of the following:

- Amdocs

- Netcracker

- CSG

- Sigma e2e BSS stack

•Customer advisory role experience across the BSS stack for 5+ years

•Familiarity with eTOM/SID/TAM models and GSMA standards

•Experience with TMF architecture & integration standards, including ODA, NaaS, Open API

•Experience in e-commerce and omnichannel transformations, focusing on customer experience

•Strong experience in business architecting and designing IT solutions with enterprise integrations, legacy modernization, and functional consolidation
