Summary

Employment Terms:
- This is a summer internship role (Duration: 10 weeks)
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). After the initial training phase, the possibility of increased remote work can be discussed and agreed upon with the manager
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:00pm)
- Internship Start Date: June 2, 2025
- Internship End Date: August 8, 2025
- Estimated pay rate: $20 per hour for undergraduate interns, $25 per hour for graduate interns
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Access to a private workspace with reliable internet connection is required
Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:
- Enhance program management/project management tools and reporting
- Create portfolio level reporting across teams
- Learn business areas and create process flows for key business processes
- Assist with facilitating team meetings and taking meeting notes
- Review key program dependencies
- Perform analysis on complex data sets
- Generate ad hoc and repeat reporting to support multiple departments

- The ability to collaborate with other interns, employees, and business leaders to solve current business problems and deliver solutions
- The ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to assist with facilitating team meetings and taking meeting notes
- Problem-solving skills to be able to analyze complex data sets and generate reports
- An interest in the healthcare sector
Digital/Technical Skills - In this job you will demonstrate:
- Intermediate to expert data management skills (such as using advanced formulas like VLOOKUP and creating Pivot Tables) using Microsoft Excel
Education/Knowledge:
- Undergraduate Students: Must be a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or have completed a Bachelor's degree within the past 12 months. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Graduate Students: Must be currently enrolled in a Master's program at an accredited institution or have completed a Master's degree within the past 12 months. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
