We're on the hunt for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s excited to drive growth. This role is all about spotting the right opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and booking quality meetings that move the needle for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research, identify, and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.
• Personalized Outreach – Craft compelling messages that start conversations and spark interest.
• Manage & Track Leads – Utilize C RM system, Streak, to organize and track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
• Qualify Leads – Understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and marketing goals to ensure a strong fit to distribute to the Sales team.
• Schedule High-Value Meetings – Set up discovery calls and strategy sessions for the sales team with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Assist with outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve targeting strategies and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in an agency or marketing-related field).
• Experience with CRM software (Streak,HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach automation tools. Experience with Streak is preferred. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with managing data across multiple systems.
• Comfortable on the phone, experience cold calling.
• Importing and Exporting data across multiple systems
• Managing data within spreadsheets and importing and exporting data across different resources.
