Are you a passionate Cardiologist looking to make a real difference in patients' lives? At Conviva Care Centers, we specialize in the diagnosis, management, and follow-up of heart diseases, and we want you to be a part of our dedicated clinical care team!

As a Cardiologist, you will:

• Focus on outpatient medicine, ensuring continuity of care and health maintenance for elderly patients.
• Manage complex cardiac conditions such as heart attacks, abnormal heart rhythms, and congestive heart failure.
• Provide preventative techniques to help patients avoid potential heart-related illnesses.
• Spend 100% of your time on direct patient care, including patient interactions and necessary administrative tasks.

• Medical degree with 5+ years of residency and fellowship experience.
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a special qualification in cardiovascular disease.
• Certification by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine with a special qualification in echocardiography.
• Willingness to participate in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

The pay range for this position is $327,700 - $450,600 per year , reflecting a good faith estimate for full-time employment. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.

This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
