About the Role
The Company is seeking a Career Coach/Senior Career Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will work to enhance the career preparedness of undergraduate students, with a focus on social justice and inclusive, high-impact career support. Responsibilities include conducting career coaching sessions on a range of topics, teaching career management courses, and developing and delivering career-focused programming. The role also involves staying informed about diverse career field and workforce trends, as well as engaging in professional development and service related to social justice and racial equity. Applicants for the Career Coach position should have a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years' of relevant experience, or a master's degree. For the Senior Career Coach role, a BA/BS degree and at least 4 years' of relevant experience, or a master's degree and at least 2 years' of relevant experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in career development, experience in advising, mentoring, teaching, or coaching, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong communication, collaboration, and programming skills are essential. The role is 100% appointment and the candidate will be expected to engage in ongoing professional development and scholarly activity in the field of career and workforce development.
