Job Summary 

We are seeking a talented Carpenter or other tradesman to join our construction team! 
In this role, you will assist with demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finishing, carpentry, flooring, painting and other renovation tasks. 
The ideal candidate is a team player, has a "can-do" attitude, is hard-working, and is dedicated to producing quality work. If you're an experienced carpenter, plumber, or electrician looking for a full-time job with opportunity for growth and benefits, we'd like to hear from you. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain a perfect attendance record, showing up on time to the job site every day, on time, every time
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed
• Construct wood structures, including framing, joists, and rafters
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications

• Previous experience with any of the trades is preferred
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Ability to read and take action on blueprints, floor plans, or other drawings
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• You need good people skills - you'll be working with a team
