About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead and oversee its entire compliance program. The CCO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for aligning the compliance program with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. This role demands a distinguished executive with a strong vision, capable of navigating and interpreting a complex web of regulations across multiple states, including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA, and various food safety and manufacturing regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a culture of ethics and integrity, foster continuous education and training on compliance issues, and serve as a strategic business partner to manage and reduce potential risks. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a JD or Master's degree preferred, and extensive corporate compliance experience in healthcare. The role requires excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, as well as a strong ethical compass and a commitment to diversity and inclusiveness. The CCO will be tasked with conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the existing compliance program, enhancing its sophistication, and ensuring it is robust and scalable. They must be adept at creating clarity in ambiguous situations, be proactive, and have the ability to lead a team that is respected at all levels of the organization. The position is pivotal in maintaining the company's commitment to high-quality, mission-driven services that improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
