The Company is seeking a visionary CEO to lead its innovative fundraising organization dedicated to ending child marriage and empowering girls worldwide. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic leader with a startup mentality, ready to spearhead the next chapter of growth and innovation. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's evolution, from refining and scaling direct-to-consumer fundraising strategies to exploring new, high-potential models. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, fundraising, and organizational management, with a focus on cultivating a compelling narrative, leading programmatic fundraising, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a small organization through significant growth, strong fundraising acumen, and a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key responsibilities for the CEO include developing and implementing the organization's strategic vision, leading fundraising efforts, and managing a small, remote team.
