About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their Enterprise Leadership Team. The CPO will be responsible for leading the people strategy and initiatives that foster a modern, high-performing organization. This includes overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding, and crafting talent strategies that align with the company's goals. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the ELT, driving change management, and ensuring the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves staying abreast of industry trends and using people analytics to make data-driven decisions. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a proven track record of at least 15 years in people leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the advertising, marketing, technology, or professional services industry is highly preferred. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a strong background in HR and L&D. The CPO will be expected to be a culture champion, driving a work environment that is grounded in engagement, innovation, and accountability. An advanced degree or relevant certification is desired, along with in-depth project and program management skills and strong analytical abilities. The position demands a candidate who is adept at leading cross-functional teams and is willing to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
