Are you looking an opportunity to directly impact patient care in Critical Care as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist ? As a specialist, you will provide pharmaceutical services to patients in our Critical Care department through daily rounds with a multidisciplinary medical team. Here, department staff has access to a number of drug information resources, including many online references accessible from department computers. An on-site drug information center provides support for more in-depth questions.
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Evaluates and recommends appropriate drug therapy to achieve optimal cost-effective patient outcomes, by working directly with physicians, other health professionals, and patients. Participates in the development, provision and evaluation of comprehensive pharmaceutical care and quality assurance programs through scholarly activities. Serves as a resource to the pharmacy staff and other hospital departments.
