- FULL-TIME POSITIONS
- 3 PM - 11 PM SHIFT MONDAY - FRIDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
- Work in Annandale, Virginia
- Virginia Licensed CNA ONLY at least one year
- $17 - $20 PER HOUR
- Parkinson's and Movement Disorders experience mandatory
- MUST Be Awake and Alert ALL 8 HOURS, NOT A SLEEPING SHIFT
- Experience with Sit to Stand Lift and Hoyer Lift a plus
- Mandatory driver's license and personal automobile (no exceptions)
- TB Test Clearance and Must Have Latest 2024-2025 COVID Vaccine, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Shifts are Seven Days Per Week - Sunday - Saturday
- SHIFTS: 3 pm - 11 pm
- $47,000 - $55,000.00 per year
- Earned paid Personal Time Off accrued monthly

- A Virginia licensed Spanish and English-speaking CNA is a plus.
- MUST BE Virginia licensed CNA must be able to deliver VIP Concierge Level Home Health Care
- This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients, you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients/clients.
- Experience in an Assisted Living Memory Care Unit is a plus
- Must wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hours
- Latest COVID-19 vaccination is a plus.
- Must be willing to deliver VIP Concierge-Level Care during every shift
- Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Must deliver care and companionship as directed in Care Plan and detailed in the shift task list.
- Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Must be congenial and have a pleasant bedside manner with the ability to engage in conversation with the client
- Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arrive at multiple assignments in a timely fashion
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing in English
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
