We need a dynamic programmer with Mastercam experience, someone who can lead and teach and who wants to be part of the growth of a company and be rewarded for that help. I bought the company a year ago, I was tired of working in places that didn"t put an emphasis on the people, people make a company not the other way around. I want to have a company where the culture is first the people, we hire reflect that. A place that understands that having its people growing and learning befits us all. To many companies only worry about the bottom line not this company.
