Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of a small commercial real estate brokerage in San Francisco. This position involves client and deal management, preparing beautiful and detailed financial summaries and property reports, assisting in the marketing, outreach CRM and physically touring properties in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and an excitement for a fast paced, deal oriented environment. Opportunity for an increase in responsibilities and compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare basic financial models and deck building creation. , direct client and transaction management, physically touring properties,
• Marketing and direct prospect outreach through CRM
• Direct client and transaction management
• Financial Modeling: Build and present financial models for deal analysis, business decisions, and strategic planning.
• Design, create and build beautiful decks and presentations for clients
• Tour properties

Entry Level Financial Analyst Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
• High level of simply showing up on time, everytime, prepared and professional.
• Interest or experience in CRM, marketing and prospecting.
