Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage internal and external communication efforts, ensuring the seamless flow of information. Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute clear and engaging communications (emails, reports, and internal newsletters).
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Serve as a point of contact for communication-related inquiries and feedback.
• Assist in organizing and supporting corporate events, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather accurate and timely information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in communications, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
