Job Description

Hemma Concrete is looking to add Concrete Estimators to our team. We have been performing concrete construction in the Southeast for over 20 years, and we take pride in our dedicated employees that are determined to handle all of our customers’ demands. Our services include preconstruction, project management and quality/safety assurance for structural concrete, hardscapes and landscapes.

Estimator responsibilities include:

• Quantity takeoff
• Preparing estimates of the cost of materials, labor and equipment for the project
• Drafting proposals and completing bid forms
• Maintaining a directory of suppliers and vendors
• Working with clients to make sure our proposal matches their needs
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as solid organizational skills. You should have experience in Structural Concrete Estimating, on-screen takeoff and estimating software.
