Role Summary
In the Configuration Analyst role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining configuration models within the Enovia product lifecycle management system. You will work closely with program management and design teams to ensure accurate product variant definitions and support engineering and PDM teams in configuring bill of materials (BOM) effectivities. Additionally, you'll help generate filters for cost and weight reporting, manage configuration change control, and troubleshoot configuration issues through root cause analysis. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll seek out opportunities to improve and streamline configuration processes, all while leveraging your technical expertise and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will familiarity with tools like Dassault 3DExperience, Jama, and Atlassian products.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain configuration models in the product lifecycle management system (Enovia)
- Interface with program management and design teams to ensure that product variants are correctly defined
- Support the engineering and PDM teams with setting up configuration effectivities in the bill of materials
- Support the creation of filters enabling cost and weight reporting
- Support configuration change control by reporting on changes to the configuration models over time
- Problem solving and root cause analysis of configuration issues
- Operate in a highly dynamic environment and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in the configuration
process
Qualifications
Microsoft Office literate, with advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience with the following is desirable:
o Automotive industry
o Dassault 3DExperience V6 Toolset - Catia, Enovia & Delmia
o Jama software
o Atlassian products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Discipline, Computer Science, or equivalent STEM Subject

Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $107,800.00 - $134,800.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
