Wilshire Pacific Builders is a Chandler-based company that specializes in the construction and renovation of multifamily housing projects throughout the US. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Bid new projects, meet with subcontractors on site to walk projects, qualify subcontractors, write scopes of work for subcontractors, and negotiate all subcontracts and change orders.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Draft change order requests and RFI’s to the owner/architects with appropriate backup.
• Some travel will be required, length of travel depends on the needs of individual projects, however the average is about twice a month for two-day/one-night trips.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
