• Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team

• Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
\n
• Maintain and manage all job site activities
\n
• Lead Senior Project Manager on NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
\n

• 10+ years of Experience

• Experience working on Ground Up Public projects for the following agencies:

New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority, Department of Sanitation, Office of General Services\n

\n
• Experience handling 100% of projects
\n
• Local to New York, NY
\n
• Must have experience building in New York City
\n
• Construction Management or equivalent degree
\n
• up to $200k
\n
• DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA
\n
