What you will be doing as the Construction Superintendent: - Oversee entire daily operation of construction projects at construction site
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project milestones and progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Establish a timeline for completion.
What you will need as the Construction Superintendent: - 2+ years' of experience in commercial construction
- Strong project management and communications skills
- Proficient in project scheduling
- Proficient understanding of construction trades. From site work and superstructure to finishes.
- Able to identify and address quality control on the project site
- Comfortable holding job site meetings with trades to discuss procurement of materials, project schedule, and quality control issues.
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Excellent communication skills with both downline and upline management
- Work well in a team environment with hands on jobsite experience
