This role is responsible for setting and executing creative strategies for our diverse range of clients. You’ll oversee the design team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all creative work aligns with brand objectives, user experience best practices, and cutting-edge digital trends. Requirements Creative Leadership – Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all work aligns with brand vision, goals, and modern digital standards. Team Management & Mentorship – Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Client-Focused Strategy – Develop creative solutions that elevate client brands, increase engagement, and drive measurable results across web, branding, and digital marketing. Modern Website Design Principles – Ensure all designs follow user-centered design, accessibility, responsive best practices, and high-end aesthetics. Design & Technology Synergy – Understand the relationship between design, CMS platforms, SEO, and key functional considerations, ensuring seamless execution across digital ecosystems. Strategic Vision – Work cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, technology, and executive teams to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Project Oversight – Manage the creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Client Engagement & Growth – Confidently present creative concepts, gather feedback, and refine ideas to exceed client expectations. Partner with internal teams to expand and grow client accounts. Sales Support & Pitches – Occasionally join the sales pitch team to help win new business by presenting creative concepts and vision to potential clients. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of creative leadership experience (digital agency experience preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing work across web, branding, and digital marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other key design tools. A deep understanding of UX/UI principles, digital marketing strategies, and modern web standards. Excellent communication & presentation skills – you know how to sell an idea and bring people on board. Top-tier organizational skills – you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. A passion for collaboration – you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring big ideas to life. A solutions-driven mindset – you embrace challenges and pivot when needed.
