Job Title: Cutting, Drying, and Trimming Manager
Location: Adelanto, California
Hourly Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience and interview)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
No Remote Work
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cutting, Drying, and Trimming Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the post-harvest process at our cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, specifically in cutting, drying, and trimming. This role is vital in ensuring that our product meets the highest quality standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the cutting, drying, and trimming processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coordinate and oversee a team of trimmers and other post-harvest staff.
• Ensure all cannabis products are properly dried, trimmed, and packaged to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment throughout the facility.
• Track and document production metrics and report on progress regularly.
• Work closely with cultivation and processing teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff as needed.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all product quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cannabis cultivation environment with specific experience in cutting, drying, and trimming.
• Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis plant care and post-harvest processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (temperature-controlled environments).
• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, and be physically present at the facility.
Compensation:
• $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience and interview results.
