Now Hiring: Custom Sign Installer – Join Our Growing Sterling, VA Location

Position Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and take pride in quality work? We’re looking for a Custom Sign Installer to join our growing team! We specialize in vehicle wraps, wall graphics, lobby and ADA signs, window graphics, and large-format installations — and we’re busier than ever.

What You’ll Do:

• Install vehicle wraps, partial wraps, and cut vinyl graphics
• Install interior and exterior signage (wall murals, lobby signs, ADA, wayfinding, etc)
• Assist in prepping surfaces, trimming materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes
• Operate lifts and equipment safely and effectively (experience is a plus!)
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
• Work both independently and as part of a team on-site and in-shop

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in sign installation or vehicle wrapping (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
• Experience operating lifts and installation equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to use power tools and ladders safely
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
• Flexibility for occasional early mornings or after-hours projects
