Overview Do you have deep experience supporting people with dementia and their families? Home To Stay is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager to lead our AlzBetter Dementia Program — helping families, caregivers, and staff deliver compassionate, informed dementia care across South Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who has lived and breathed dementia care — not just managed from afar. You’ll coach caregivers, train families, and use our AlzBetter tools to improve quality of life for those living with memory loss. What You’ll Do Support and coach families navigating dementia care. Create individualized care plans using the AlzBetter system. Train caregivers and staff on dementia communication and behavior strategies. Conduct home and community visits to observe and guide care. Lead educational sessions and represent Home To Stay in the community. Collaborate with our nursing and leadership teams to ensure quality outcomes. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of hands-on dementia care experience (required). Strong communication and family coaching skills. Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in BSN, psychology, or gerontology) Passion for improving life for people living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Valid NJ driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
