Title: Director, Engineering Operations (background Check Required)
With general autonomy, manages implementation of programs in support of growth team goals, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals. Develops strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients. Monitors and supports the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources. Identifies and communicates best practices throughout the company. Optimizes results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions. Develops strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
