• Pay Type: Nonexempt / Hourly paid weekly
• Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00
• Hours: 10:30am-6:30pm
• Schedule: Monday, and Wednesday-Saturday ;
• Days off: Sunday and Tuesday
• Dispatch/transportation/driver support experience is preferred

Summary

Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies route completion, and accuracy of delivery. Sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones

• Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$22.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$23.00

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
