The candidate will act as an operations specialist assisting in the development and test of cutting-edge safety related technologies, with responsibilities including mission planning and lightweight maintenance duties. Responsibilities Act as an operations specialist assisting in the development and test of cutting-edge safety related technologies. Perform mission planning and lightweight maintenance duties. Demonstrate attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology. Conduct limited operation readiness activities and logistics planning as needed. Cross-team training to support teams such as delivery sites for pre-launch tasks. Join a Research and Development team to help invent and develop new transformative experiences. Qualifications 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate 2+ years of remote-control pilot experience with excellent coordination and execution Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with breaks, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Experience leading small teams Travel up to 75% of the year Valid Driver's License and ability to satisfy Client driver eligibility criteria Work in volatile weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, snow) within safety thresholds Drive to offsite work locations daily (work vehicle provided) Work variable shifts and schedules including weekends when applicable Overtime may be required and approved based on work assignment Background checks may include MVR tests and drug screening as applicable Equal Opportunity Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
