What You’ll Do Hunt High-TAM Opportunities using insights from our current customer base plus your own research. Craft a Killer USP that slices through the crowded texting field. Launch, Learn, Iterate — speed over perfection. Own the P&L and present weekly wins directly to the exec team. Scale the Crew only after the model is proven. You Might Be Perfect If… You’re an early-career builder (0-3 yrs out of school) with either aBS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field , or apos t-graduate degree (MBA, MS-Entrepreneurship, etc.) — and you’ve earned at least one side-hustle or startup scar. Lean testing, customer discovery, and scrappy growth hacks are second nature. Ambiguity fuels you — you brief execs at 9 a.m., cold-call at 5 p.m., iterate at 9 p.m. “Figure it out” isn’t a slogan; it’s your reflex.
