Entrepreneur in Residence (Future CEO / Founder) – Base360.ai Base360.ai is an AI venture studio that founders and entrepreneurs scale companies across industries by building intelligent, data‑driven systems. As an Entrepreneur in Residence you’ll partner with our founding team to identify, validate, and launch the next high‑growth venture. You will have the capital, infrastructure, and network of the studio behind you while you bring your product, people, and go‑to‑market playbooks. What You’ll Do Identify opportunities: work with leadership to surface high‑potential ideas in AI, automation, and intelligent systems. Validate markets: lead research, interviews, and early testing to uncover real‑world pain points and gaps. Design & Build: prototype and launch MVPs to test traction, retention, and growth. Shape the venture: craft the business model, execute a go‑to‑market strategy, and recruit a founding team. Operate relentlessly: drive end‑to‑end execution from zero to one—iterate, launch, learn, and scale. Lead the spin‑out: graduate your concept into an independent company, with the chance to become its Founding CEO. Collaborate closely: work with in‑house AI, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to accelerate product and market fit. Strong product and market intuition; you understand users, markets, and timing. Track record of shipping fast, learning quickly, and leading with conviction. Ability to operate from zero to one—strategy, product, fundraising, and operations. A builder’s mindset—ambitious, hands‑on, and unafraid to take ownership.
