Western Dakota Insurors has a perfect opportunity to break into the insurance industry. We are looking for a Personal lines Account Assistant/CSR. The candidate we are looking for should be motivated, have great communication skills and be ready to learn and grow. We prefer that you have experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required. This is an ON-SITE position.

• Assist Account Managers and Agents to service their book of business
• Maintain direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Maintain communication with underwriters
• Market agency client to insurance companies
• Handle all policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
• High School Diploma required.
• Post-secondary degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
