Job Title: Event Assistant Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will assist with all aspects of event coordination, from logistics and vendor management to on-site support, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Help manage event timelines, schedules, and task lists. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met. Support event set-up and breakdown, including arranging décor, materials, and equipment. Help track budgets and keep inventory of event supplies. Coordinate transportation and accommodation logistics for attendees, if needed. Manage event materials and promotional items for giveaways or displays. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events. Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly. Assist with post-event activities, including feedback collection and follow-up communication. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
