Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Medina, NY. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events at the museum. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, overseeing event setup and teardown, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining records of event details. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Director museum team to ensure events run smoothly and enhance visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Organizing, and Coordination skills
• Vendor Management and Logistics skills
• Ability to oversee Event Setup and Teardown
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a museum or cultural institution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
