Role: Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Temp-to-Perm – Long-Term Opportunity)

Location: Hybrid (Santa Monica + Remote)
Compensation: $48/hour
Our client, a high-level investor and entrepreneur, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide long-term support across her diverse business ventures, including real estate, hospitality, and private investments. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic individual involved in global initiatives spanning Europe and the U.S.
About the Role:
This is a true Executive Assistant position with a strong focus on business administration. Personal support is minimal. Key responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, handling documentation, overseeing billing and spreadsheets, conducting light research, and coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with discretion and confidentiality.
