About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Executive Director for its Pediatric Specialists division. This key leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the long-term success of the joint physician practice plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a cohesive culture, improving systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement within the 250+ pediatric specialists, 50 APPs, and over 450 employees. The role requires a leader with a clear vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage providers in the shared vision while supporting growth with standardized plans, compensation, policies, and objectives. Clinical, operational, and financial accountability are also essential aspects of the position. Extensive experience in pediatric ambulatory-based medicine, infrastructure, and support is a must, with a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership in outpatient clinic or physician practice management within a multispecialty or pediatric group. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and a proven track record in formulating infrastructure and systems for high performance, as well as ensuring the clinical, operational, and financial success of the practice.
