Job Level: Entry to Mid-Level

We are seeking to hire great flooring installers for one of our Affiliate companies

Purpose of Role as The Flooring Installer is responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and industry standards. The Flooring Installer contributes directly to project completion and client satisfaction by delivering precise and timely flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities Installation: Install a variety of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile, carpet ensuring precision and quality. Preparation: Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and measuring areas to ensure proper fit and finish. Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on existing flooring as needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Performance Expectations Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client expectations. Timeliness: Complete installations within the scheduled timeframes. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions and quality work.

Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in using flooring installation tools and equipment. Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in flooring installation or a related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications in flooring installation are a plus. Working Conditions This role involves physical labor and requires the ability to lift heavy materials. Work is primarily conducted on-site at various locations in Houston, TX, with standard working hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
