Job Title: Gutter Installer (Some Experience to Master Level)

Pay: $20$33/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (10-hour shifts)

What You'll Do
- Show up on time, ready to work
- Prepare materials and load the truck in the morning
- Take a lead in removing old gutters and installing new ones
- Installing gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, fascia, soffits, and more
- Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the day
- Work safely and follow standard operating procedures
- Take care of the tools and clean up at the end of the job
Bonus: We tend to stay busy in the winter.
Experience Needed
- At least 1 year of experience in gutter work
- Must be comfortable using ladders and working outdoors
- Must be able to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to get to our warehouse or job sites
- Willingness to follow directions, learn new skills, and be part of a team
- US work authorization/green card/citizenship
Daily Checklist
Your typical day includes:
- Cleaning and loading the truck at 7:00 AM
- Setting up signs, bins, tarps, and recycling at each site
- Taking Before and After job photos with our app
- Keeping aluminum, cardboard, trash, and tools organized
- Helping with installations while keeping the job site clean
- Breaking down and cleaning up when the job is done
- Ensuring tools are secured and no debris is left behind

Lo que hars
- Llegar a tiempo, listo para trabajar
- Ayudar a preparar materiales y cargar el camin por la maana
- Asistir en la remocin de canaletas viejas e instalacin de nuevas
- Ayudar con la instalacin de bajantes, protectores de hojas, fascia y sofito
- Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia y organizada durante el da
- Trabajar con seguridad y seguir instrucciones del jefe de equipo
- Cuidar las herramientas y dejar todo limpio al finalizar el trabajo
Extra: El trabajo de canaletas se ralentiza menos que el de tejados y solemos estar ms ocupados durante el invierno.
Extra #2: Aprenders a usar mquinas especiales como la dobladora de aluminio y la mquina de canaletas habilidades que aumentan tu salario rpidamente.
Requisitos
- Al menos 1 ao de experiencia trabajando con canaletas, techos o sofito/fascia
- Sentirse cmodo trabajando en altura y al aire libre
- Poder levantar, cargar y usar herramientas todo el da
- Tener transporte confiable para llegar al almacn o al lugar del trabajo
- Tener ganas de aprender, seguir instrucciones y trabajar bien en equipo
Rutina Diaria (Resumen)
Un da tpico incluye:
- Limpiar y cargar el camin a las 7:00 AM
- Colocar seales, lonas y contenedores para reciclaje en cada lugar
- Tomar fotos del trabajo Antes y Despus usando nuestra app
- Mantener aluminio, cartn, basura y herramientas organizadas
- Ayudar en la instalacin y mantener el rea limpia mientras se trabaja
- Recoger y limpiar todo al finalizar
- Asegurarte de que las herramientas estn seguras y no dejar basura en el lugar
