Groome Industrial Service Group is a growing company based in Denville, NJ, providing specialty maintenance services nationwide across several industries including coal and natural gas-fired power generation, refineries, shipping, manufacturing, and aviation. We are seeking dedicated personnel in the area to travel from our office Anderson, SC to respond to service calls at power generation plants throughout the region. This role involves training to de-slag large utility boilers using explosives.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• No felony or family violence convictions.
• No DWI convictions in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 90 pounds.
• High School Diploma / GED Required.
• Reliable transportation required and must live within an hour of our area.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work outside in challenging conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, scale multiple flights of stairs and traverse confined spaces.
• No prior experience necessary.

Compensation:

• Full-time opportunity with benefits available after 60 days of employment.
