• Kids’ Test Kitchen offers weekly, one-hour, classes at schools and recreation departments – we list most of them at the bottom of this page.
• Don’t want to work too hard/often? Commit to only one class and work 2-3 hours a week!
• Willing to hustle? We’ve got plenty to keep you busy almost daily!

Facilitators YOU MUST:

• Complete required screener questions at before being invited to interview.
• Be able to work independently and follow written instructions.
• Have experience working with children.
• Have reliable, smoke free, transportation.
• Be 21 years of age or older.

FACILITATOR PAY: $60 compensation listed is for ONE, 1-hour class. Sometimes our hosts schedule back-to-back in which case you would earn $120 for the TWO classes that day. This does not include any bonuses or vacation/summer class opportunities.

This Facilitator position is perfect for:

• Nutrition professionals who crave the experience of introducing young eaters to nourishing foods – and seeing them dig in with enthusiasm! (School food-service, RDN, LDN, Nutritionist)
• Teachers who want the opportunity to “play” with food and math and reading all while reinforcing key nutrition messages and basic life skills.
• Any enthusiastic, reliable, and fun individual who is looking for a little extra cash and a flexible schedule!

Qualifications that may set you apart!

• Experience working with children in groups.
• Registered Dietitian certification or equivalent background in nutrition
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students
• Familiarity with childhood development principles

On a mission to inspire healthy eaters and redefine kid food, Kids' Test Kitchen Facilitators work with aspiring chefs over the course of several classes, and work as a team to prepare fun snacks, entrées, and side items whose key ingredients are known to be really healthy for us!
